Constant bad teams, and what not aside.. Why can't people look at the over all game as a whole? I'm fed up with player base in this game in general, let alone with society as a whole, but that's a whole diff can of worms.

Just got out a game, where I went top Shen against Nasus.. My jungler, once again.. doesn't once come to top.. Anyone level 15+ should know that Nasus needs to be harassed religiously all game without hesitation. I can only do so much, but whatever, so long as we shut down the other team it's ok right, it's just 1 champ then that's OP.

So Nami gets caught out.. again.. and again... and again... and again...

team fights everyone splits up, does their own thing, decides to stop and eat a sandwich mid fight, and god only knows what else.

Master Yi insists on diving all game 1v3, and getting caught out.

Nobody wants to stick together, despite me trying to rally people.

End of the game.. I get a pretty bad score, because despite doing my damnest to get kills and do what I can to protect our carries, I can't, because nobody wants to work together, or focus.

and it's my fault.. whole team decides.. It's my fault.

9/10 games are like this.

But I digress, I'm not here to complain about my last game. I got a million of those, and considering how there are probably 300k players just as bad if not more horrifically garbage, I'll probably get a crap ton more games like that. But really....

yes people, you can do wrong.. Yes, if you're a jungler, there is more to jungling then just deciding what lane you want to push...

Just because top lane doesn't counter their top lane, doesn't mean you can ignore it and then blame the player for feeding when you go 0-9 as Yi diving 1v 3. Not gonna lie.. this is a rant thread.. Tired of being the last one on the team to die, pushing towers, and doing everything humanly possible to win despite my team literally feeding 2 kills a minute on average from the start, and in the end it being my fault because apparently dieing in the last 10 minutes of the game 5 times and going 2-8 makes me a feeder when they already had 38 kills before that.. Logic...

Ontop of that. I'm not responsible for 4 players on my team. Excuse me for knowing where to go, and what to do. excuse me for being able to make great plays, and being a great ally in a teamfight. Just because I cannot cs gloriously amazing, and carry 4 complete and utter trash players against a team of 5 who are working together doesn't mean I suck myself, or deserve my standing.

Here's some advice... take it as you will.... and if you choose to take it, don't expect it to be easy.

Refocus yourself. Your goal is no longer to win the game, it's to become a better player.

Every game, your goal is to become a better player.

Why does this matter? Simple: if your goal is to improve, a loss doesn't hurt you. A lost lane is a learning experience. A lost game is a chance to learn from your mistakes. A troll doesn't hurt you because they aren't getting in the way of you improving. Someone leaving the game doesn't hurt you because it gives you a chance to practice things like defensive warding and fighting at a disadvantage(important skills, even in 5v5 games).

Nothing can get in the way of you improving... it literally removes other players effect on you 100% and for me, made the game a LOT more fun when I started doing it. Oh, and it had the pleasant side effect of also making me become a LOT better player as well, since I was not blaming the game on others and was recognizing my own mistakes.

These games suck, but the reason they suck is that you feel like they're getting in your way... and that can change.

You're right, you're going to have alot of games like this so you'd probably do well to let it go, especially considering you can't do anything about anyone's plays bar your own.

It's not the jungler's role to win your lane for you, it's to catch out over extended people available for ganking and to help the winning lanes snowball. A jungler helping a losing lane is like committing suicide, because the Jungler's gold income is low in the first place, taking on a 2/0 lane farmed champion will normally result in death unless they're a tank with cc.

Why would you go Shen top versus a Nasus anyways? Every summoner level 15+ knows to destroy a Nasus on top you pick Ryze.

It is very black and white. If a losing lane is losing, they should be tower hugging and creeping under turret for protection. If the winning champion decides to tower dive, then they're obviously over extended, which means at that point they're worth the jungler stopping creeping, and going to get a kill.

If there is a kill to be had, normally the jungle can reach them in time if they stop the camp, go to the fight and they'll show up near the end to secure the kill, unless of course they're on the opposite side of the map. If you have a lane that continuously fights regardless of dying several times, that person is going to continue dying whether you help them or not, not because you're not helping them, but because they don't know how to properly gauge when they should attack.

You ganking and wasting time on a losing lane that could of been spent getting more gold in the jungle is not going to make a bad player play better.

Just tell him how to deal with it and hope for the best. There is literally no benefit to attempting to help a losing lane come back when there's no opportunities to. Wait until they over-extend, and they will, and attack then.

A jungle helping someone that's losing lane never results in anything beneficial unless they're over-extended, because otherwise, you won't kill them and will of wasted your time when you could of been getting more gold in your jungle and helping winning lanes win more.
