Owning every champion

So I've spent a good amount of money on this game. I own every champion. I have so much ip I could buy 3 new champions right now. I have 15 rune paged I really don't need any more. I realize riot makes money off of skins but would it be a good idea if they had an ip to rp conversation so that people like Me who already spend tons of money could feel like I'm actually working for something.

It would be nice , and it never gonna happen . I think they should make some skins to coast IP like for instance the 520 RP ones.

I have all champs+20 pages with majority of runes and sitting on 80k+ip. Maybe they could start posting custom banners or icons for ip err have chroma's on sale for ip.
