I sent mail to Riot HQ for Scruffy about Darius

How Darius became my favorite champion because my dad's cousin had a similar life to him(excluding general), orphaned and only had a younger brother to take care of alone, was smart and did it all by himself, very strong guy. Also talked about an idea on how the rework could go.

Summary of idea: Darius takes budget away from his ults damage and his armor pen in exchange for his bleeds having high stacks, they debuff the enemy a huge amount the more stacks and his ult would do something along 40-60-80 true damage plus 100% per stack capping at 10 stacks for damage but the bleed would have a cap higher than 10. So it would deal 400/600/800 damage with 10 stacks.

His Q would need to be a different Q, it's too braindead of a skill.

I can upload the letter later when I find one of my copies if you want to read it, I hope Scruffy gets and reads the letter, Darius is my favorite champion in the entire game and I want him to be healthy and viable again.
