Where is the Team Play?

With the announcement of Riot no longer supporting online communities of players, my group of friends in my team has been left in a weird spot. Ranked Teams don't exist anymore, and since we no longer have tournaments to fall back on, what are we supposed to do? Two of us live in Florida, One of us lives in Vegas, main point is we're spread across the states. We can't GO to live events and play as a team. The only fulfillment we got playing against other teams was in the online scene, and the only reason we had to practice together in ranked was FOR those tournies.

So, what do we want to do? Are we supposed to just disband now? This whole situation just feels so...I don't even know. We feel so abandoned by the system. We've been trying to keep this team pulled together for almost a whole year now, and this feels like the final blow that's going to rip us apart. So...what do we do?
