It's the same reason US sucks at soccer. It's just the culture really. Those lil asians actually try to win, while over here we have the majority of the community defending people that run down lanes giving free kills because "lulz jus a gayme nuub".

Ironically a lot of Korean pros have gone on record saying that they prefer to play on the NA server for practice because people will actually occasionally play games out whereas the Korean server is full of surrenders.

I guess it's all a matter of perspective.
