Witts end change
Make it so each time it hits an enemy champion it gives a small sheild blocking magic damage. This item is otherwise useless to any champion. I can't see it being viable on any champion

It is a niche item but it serves a purpose. It steals magic resistance so for those games where a majority of the champions are makes or AP based this is a very appropriate item. So it helps you tank their makes and allows you and your teammates a softer target to aim for with their AP based abilities.
