Yorick hasn't had a new skin since release. I think she can go sit in the corner and wait her turn.

I should add, Yorick is 6 years old this year.

Uh, Yorick has three skins, and i'm pretty sure all 3 came out after his release.

Yorick has 2 skins - Undertaker and Pentakill, both of which he launched with (champions launched with 2 skins way back then). Illaoi has 1 skin, also which is a launch skin. Neither has had a skin post launch, and Yorick has been waiting for a skin for 6 years.

I expect Yorick to be getting a skin soon. Sion and Taric both got a new skin not too long after their relaunches.

Illaoi shouldn't be waiting too long either. Jhin already got a skin and he came out after her. (Though Jhin sees significantly more play than Illaoi does...)

I think Riot doesn't do skins for champs they consider broken. That's why Yorick didn't get skins and I'm assuming that's the same with Illoai.

Yorick hadn't gotten skins because he had such a poor design that he's been slated for a redo for the better part of 6 years. Same reason Urgot and Swain haven't gotten skins in a long time.

Cassiopeia is the real tragedy here, though. She hasn't needed any kind of visual overhauling, so there's really nothing keeping her from getting a skin, but she hasn't gotten one in like 4 or 5 years.
