Yorick hasn't had a new skin since release. I think she can go sit in the corner and wait her turn.

I should add, Yorick is 6 years old this year.

I expect Yorick to be getting a skin soon. Sion and Taric both got a new skin not too long after their relaunches.

Illaoi shouldn't be waiting too long either. Jhin already got a skin and he came out after her. (Though Jhin sees significantly more play than Illaoi does...)
