THIS IS A FREE GAME

You were never required to pay a single penny to Riot.

I know having 4v5 is frustrating, I know patches can be upsetting, I know smurfs are all over the place and ruin games and I share all the pain and emotion with you all on that (Trust me, I was banned 21 days for being toxic)

I just want to point out that THIS GAME IS FREE, so tone down the hate towards Riot guys. They make a game that we all play and enjoy (If you don't enjoy, why keep playing?)

It's a simple result of regular reinforcement of an "us vs. them" mentality that is all but inevitable as a playerbase outgrows a company's ability to address every concern. People get left to banter amongst themselves without differing opinion and create a vicious cycle of speculation and paranoia.

In other words, everyone has a few grievances towards Riot and honestly that's fine and healthy. No game is perfect and Riot needs constructive criticism to improve and be made aware of issues. However, when people do things like:

bridge "many unique people having many unique issues" to "Riot does nothing"
conveniently forgetting past actions in favor of "remember that specific instance where X did Y?"
refusing to consider experiences outside of their own
refuse to consider an opinion clashing with their own

then you will of course have a hostile environment.

Sorry, I went on a rant there, but I can never say this enough.

A lot of people support Riot by purchasing RP, so for the majority of players, it isn't a free game.

Not only that, but what does it matter that it's a free to play game? Riot is still a gaming company that manages to make their own game completely unstable and/or unplayable every few weeks.

Other game companies don't seem to have that problem; I don't see why Riot should be let off the hook for repeating this same, extremely aggravating mistake over and over again. They need to be held accountable for their actions.

Ranting and raging is probably not the best way to handle this situation, sure, but can you honestly blame anyone for being upset at this constantly recurring case of, "oh, we broke our own game again. you'll have to wait until we fix it...uhh....check back later because we won't give you an eta for who knows how long."

How long have you played? I have spent maybe 125$ on the game in the last 2 years.
However in 09-10-11 I spent Tons of money Between all my accounts back then at least 600+. The community quality and leadership was 10x better.

We regret supporting the people who are in charge and consistently disappoint. Unfortunately we invested time and THOUSANDS of hours. Its poor money management to let the game go. The leaders know this, its just too bad they bank on that VS helping their players ....listen..converse...you know all the things the company USED TO DO
