  1. what is a rough window to expect seeing taric rework to at least hit PBE. (assumeing nothing goes wrong)

  2. whats the ETA on hextec crafting?

Taric is in his final updates ( Getting voice actor/final animations done ) Could be a month or two.

Hextech crafting is live in Turkey for about 4 weeks, so in about 4-5 Expect it in NA.
