How do I use the Origins Border that came with Elementalist Lux?

Having trouble googling the answer, maybe because Im using the wrng terminology? Not sure. But I can't figure out how to activate the load screen border. I have the six icons already (five normal 1 limited-time one)

It's not an actual border like a ranked one. It's just a detail on the splashart on the loading screen, you don't activate it. It's already there.
