Can we please have fresh 30's start at 0~800 MMR..

It doesn't make sense to throw them into mid Silver at any point in the season. It's not fair to any team to have a fresh 30 on their team. There's people who are in mid Silver because they can play at mid Silver. When you throw in a new player who doesn't understand CSing, warding, ganks, itemization, match ups, etc. you're 100% at a disadvantage because they haven't played the game enough to understand it. No person can tell me that the moment they hit 30 on their first account they understood everything there was about the game and how to do things perfectly. This isn't to whine, because I've been on both ends of these types of games, but they're just not fun to play.

I don't like fresh 30's getting destroyed on my team by 50 CS and going 0/10.

Maybe talk to them? Practice with them? Teach them? Ever considered those options instead of going for the harsher one?

I don't usually talk in my games in general, but it's just clear that people are placed in a position where they can't succeed. I don't know if you've ever tried giving advice to somebody who played your main and did really poorly, then get flamed for it. I've had multiple occasions where I've tried to instruct somebody on how to build properly because they built a spirit visage against an all AD comp and they still flamed me, or told them to try and learn a simpler champ than Yasuo or Zed as their first main and get bitched at. You'd like to assume you could help people and show them how to do certain things like CSing or building the right items into certain matchups or even showing them that even somebody who is a lot better practices on bots before trying anything in even normals. It's rarely the case that somebody wants to admit they don't know what they're doing and actively want help understanding the basics.
