Can we please have fresh 30's start at 0~800 MMR..

It doesn't make sense to throw them into mid Silver at any point in the season. It's not fair to any team to have a fresh 30 on their team. There's people who are in mid Silver because they can play at mid Silver. When you throw in a new player who doesn't understand CSing, warding, ganks, itemization, match ups, etc. you're 100% at a disadvantage because they haven't played the game enough to understand it. No person can tell me that the moment they hit 30 on their first account they understood everything there was about the game and how to do things perfectly. This isn't to whine, because I've been on both ends of these types of games, but they're just not fun to play.
