I doubt its anything interesting. If what he said was actually that bad he would have been banned. Long chat restrictions are usually the result of frequent minor offenses.

I really don't understand why long chat restrictions like this even exist. Its practically saying you cant be trusted to ever talk in game so why wouldn't they just issue bans instead.
