Keys?

Okay so Riot said that the key drop chance resets at the start of the month. It doesn't feel like that really... I have played 29 normal games in April so far, in 5 days (not including today because I have not played today). I have won 18/29 of my games, losing 11/29. That means I have had 18 chances to get a key. But have gotten none ALL month. Just from the data I have collected this month, I have an average of 5.8 games a day. If I can't get ONE key FRAGMENT in 5 days, I don't understand.

Am I wrong about Riot saying that the keys reset at the start of the month? Am I wrong about how I find this is wrong? Well if you find I am wrong and you want to downvote, ACTUALLY comment about why. Don't just be some unknown hater who feels like just being rude.
