Jayce
Am I the only one who forgot Jayce was a champion? Not like I want to remember him, his combos are really annoying and good Jayces are a pain in my butt, but dang he has been out of meta for a while.

I honestly prefer it this way. Jayce is one of those champs that always gets nerfed whenever he starts seeing a fair amount of play. With the way Riot's balance team handles unpopular champs, I would rather he just remain obscure.
His problems are more itemization-based than anything right now.
