As a Garen main I honestly feel like I tilt harder when playing Garen, even though I know how to play him best, even when behind.
My suggestion would be to play some games as other champions you don't normally play. That usually helps me get off of a losing streak.
The worst is when you are on a loosing streak but you have very good KDA :/ the feeling is...strange.
Maining one champion means you play MOSTLY him, not only him xD. When things go bad with your main fall back to your second or third. Or even go as far as taking another role, it helps.
At least is isn't ranked.
