@Riot, why do you punish players for Loss Streaks but not reward them for Win Streaks in Ranked?

Losses that would put you at less than 0 LP (i.e. losing @ ≤10LP) count towards your Demotion Series. This means you can be demoted after only 1 Loss at 0 LP.

Wins that would put you at more then 100 LP (i.e. Winning @ ≥90LP) don't count toward your Promotion Series. This means that you have to play a minimum of 2 more games to be promoted after reaching your Promo series. Even if you were sitting on 99 LP.

Where's the consistency?

There is no such thing as a demotion series?

You're only demoted if your MMR is lower than your current division. I personally sat at Silver 5 0 LP for 12 straight losses before I got demoted.

But they do, ranking up. And i think the system is fine. Its only two games compared to a chance of demotion after reaching 0 LP.

"Demotion series" is not a thing. If you were demoted after your first loss at 0 LP, it is because your MMR was below your division.
