Can Yasuo ult a Poppy ult?

Say you're being a typical Yasuo player (a derp) and are playing around in their jungle when dragon fight breaks out. Your poppy ults the enemy to their base and he flies over your head. Can you ult him? Will it bring him down to normal distance or does Yasuo super jump in the air?

The player that gets knocked up from Poppy's ult specifically is considered untargetable for the whole duration. That means Yasuo can't ult that player.
