Why is Lyte still employed?

A chimp could replace him and do a better job at improving the quality of the game. I shouldn't be encountering trolls, rage quits, and people intentionally losing games in 50% of my ranked matches with Diamond+ players, yet I am.

The percentage of games with people trolling, rage quitting, or intentionally losing has been on a constant rise since S3. I've been complaining about it since then, and nothing has been done.

For example, I just had someone with 5 leaves (that weren't marked as leaves, because he just sat at the fountain) in his past 10 games. God knows how many before that. If someone can sit at the fountain and do nothing in 5/10 ranked games and not lose the ability to queue for ranked, something is seriously wrong.

Get rid of him. He has done absolutely nothing to address this problem; it's sad that he's kept his job this long.
