Tahm's W doesn't deal damage until his target actually leaves his belly.

Delayed or DoT damage can still kill someone while in his belly, though, so you could make a case for those rare instances.

i know what im saying is instead of the animation of him spitting his victim out to do damage he instead does a swallow animation
