How to petition for self imposed chat restrictions

I have a problem. It is a curse really. I enjoy winning. It's a problem because riot has a community centered around feel good gaming. And I'm not against that, in fact I think it's great. But I have a limited amount of time that I can put in the game, and when I am logged on I give it 100% every game. But sometimes I have to play normals because my friends want to play, and then the curse awakens.

The usual problem is people with this mindset : "it's just normals dude. Who cares if we lose?"

If winning didn't matter then there wouldn't be a scoreboard. There wouldn't be a winning and losing team. And so then I get hit with the chat restriction.

I am not here to argue against chat restrictions, however I want a way to petition for more without taking a ranked game ban.

I have found I am a much better player when I am chat restricted, and enjoy the game much more. But playing ranked is my fav, and I want a system to govern how much toxicity I can spew at any given time. Is there a way to have self imposed chat restrictions?
