Time to Hold Riot Accountable, YOU CAN HELP!
There's been a severe lack of follow-up/through by numerous Rioter's to the point that many fans feel "burnt" by Riot; rather than point fingers, let's help them to help us fix the relationship through improving this problem-spot!
I'm not here to judge 'why haven't they,' but merely to facilitate helping Riot fix its broken channels of communication.
Additionally, let's not use this thread to bash Riot or 'call them out'. Let's simply link action-items which we were told would be followed up on (quoting, if able) & let Riot take over by doing the right thing & fulfilling their agreements/promises.
If a action-item is posted that has actually been resolved already, please kindly inform the poster (again, quoting as able) so we can bump it off.
Riot, it's extremely important to our relationship that you get any & all staff members in here whom are responsible for making claims which haven't been fulfilled in a reasonable length-of-time; if the Rioter is no longer with the company, the proper channel/department must pick up where they left off or come in & address the matter in their stead, so we can be 'in the know' regarding potential update(s) or reasoning!
Please, no reporting on unfulfilled Red responses that are within a reasonable window of time (e.g. they said they'd get back soon(tm) and it's only been 3 days).
I'll kick things off & fingers crossed this thread gets lots of answers from RED's!

Poster Trylobyte noted that Morello made no 'promise' here & that's true. However, even though Morello uses terms such as "like" or "want," he did create a sort of 'social agreement'. I'm not insinuating he 'promised' anything but he spoke with such assurance, that follow-up is merited. This example may be a poor one due to the above, but it is an example in which follow-up is appropriated. These sorts of reports qualify in my mind, as its a respectable thing to follow-up & say, "hey, sorry it's been so long but we had to X & Y, so it's going to be a bit longer," etc.
