The server move seriously messed up my game

I know it was a long time ago but whatever. Every couple games, i will have serious problems. this game for example, I freeze up literally every time i ult TF or lee sin. I wish they would do something about it. Its hard to play when i freeze constantly. I can't move, I can't attack but i can see health bars going down.
