No other champion In the game is countered so hard by one item. This is a stupid setup I don't like zhonias but I have to buy it against zed.

You aren't? You can build some health instead if you want, like ROA, Rylais or Liandries and it will serve the same purpose of making sure he can't 100-0 you.
