Just a quick question about the Honor System for this season (Season 7/2017)

Since we're a good 7-8 months into the season, and honor rewards are based off what we get to in a full season before resetting, is there an accelerated honor progression for this season? Or is Honor Level 5 just going to be really hard to reach this season?
