An important question that I haven't found the answer to...

So today, my sister was visiting for the first time in months. However, I had to leave a game in progress because of it. I had some personal issues causing me to leave I think 3 other games this season. I got a notification when I got back to my computer that I am ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors. My question is, how long will this last? Does it last for a couple weeks? I would find it very saddening and very discouraging if it were more than a month. With my previous experiences I would expect an unusually long punishment time. I just would like to be informed.
