Wow vs league

So I'm guessing there's a lot of people who play league of legends that used to play world of warcraft. GThere's a reason all these gamers switched games and riot is heading down that same path.

World of warcraft was the best game in the world at one point. I played it from vanilla to their 4th expansion "cataclysm". I also tried going back but it wasn't the same.

Wow was the best game at one point because

It was balanced It was fun The community was nice to each other

Their downfall was when they kept trying to change things that were not broken and their lack of lore. When their first talent tree change came out everyone was super excited and everyone was happy. It was a change that needed to happen. They pushed it too far though. They kept changing the talent trees thinking it was helping the game. Every time they did the game got worse and worse. They changed things that weren't broken. Does darius Fiora mordakiser and garen ring a bell? We're they "broken". There are many other champions that need a look more than them with the exception of mordakiser, but they went the wrong direction with him.

Another reason wow fell. TheY butched the way tanks worked making health the only state that tanks would build. Riot has butchered the purpose of armor and magic resist with true damage. A source of damage that cannot be stopped. Also you rarely see anyone building armor or magic resist anymore because it's useless. You might as well build damage.
