Could I have inspired Xayah and Rakan's creation?

So... about 9-10 months ago (back when I first started playing the game), I made a character creation concept. It was a female marksman with her male support marksman.

I assumed that this may have been one of the things that lead to their creation. Mainly because people keep telling me that 8-10 months is the sweet spot for ultimate skins, skins in general, and champions.

I am not saying that I single-handedly put this idea into Riot's heads. I am just saying that I might have been one of things that may have inspired the idea. While Xayah and Rakan are different from my champions in appearance. The basics are the same. Female marksman played as an ADC, with a male as her trusted support. Who, mind you, are lovers. Also, the female is a knife-thrower as well. Her W even threw her knives through all units until hitting an enemy champion. Her Q did something with rooting and dealing damage. The males are same because the have good crowd control (area snare?) with shields and healing power. The healing power was something that he threw at an enemy to instantly heal himself and his nearest ally.

Anyways, that is about it.
