Can swain get a buff?
Iv played him a few times and found out that I would rather play urgot jungle than swain mid

dude, just buy executioner's calling, it counter swain so hard.... :/
I only see a single Swain game in your match history and that's an URF game, which Swain doesn't really excel at (his damage doesn't really stack, it just reapplies and his ultimate's damage is consistent).
URF isn't really useful from a balancing standpoint.
Considering I also see 3 leaves (after several deaths) in 10 games also makes your opinions suspect.
