Riot, please invest into your game's infrastructure.

Riot, I've been a supporter of you through thick and thin, but there are some serious issues that I don't think you're taking seriously enough. Those issues come from the general lack of supportive infrastructure for your players to use, and with your recent RiotPlz, I think its plain to see that you don't care enough to fix them in any "expedient" manner (Expedient being prioritization as opposed to "gimme nao").

There are a lot of people who think that League is peaking, and to be honest I feel like it is. The game has come a long way from where it started out, we've gotten loads of new skins, champions, and even a few systems here and there. But the systems that league really needs to add, the ones that fosters its relationship as a competitive and rewarding experience, it just has never really seemed interested in.

Riot I ask you, in a world where nothing is more basic than your standard tutorials that tell us the same shit over and over that we all know, why do you continue to allow your new players to be crushed into the ground off misconceptions that your tutorial imparts in them? Why is it that I feel a need to make new accounts to scour the bot games so I can try to remedy the glaring issues that you "teach" to players who don't know any better? We veteran players all remember how terrible that tutorial is, and by now, when I'm sitting here, nearly 5 years into your game and the tutorial that told me that thornmail was a good defensive item for characters like Ashe, the tutorial that neglected to teach me about your items to the point I had to look for outside help to know just what the hell AP was or why I wanted it? You can say that "Oh the recommended items do great", but your new players don't understand Why those items are important, or what order they should prioritize them. They don't know how to balance out purchasing offensive and defensive items to fit the situation, they hardly even know what those items are. Riot if you want to keep players, then you need to give them the tools to succeed, and here I am waiting 5 years for an answer we've heard nothing on since I started other than "Yeah the tutorial was designed to keep you from losing it, we should work on that".

When we were new to the game, hell even still this day as we go about trying to work on our play and get better and climb those ladders you put for us to surmount, we're told that good play is fostered by watching your mistakes, but just as the items in our youth, we don't have any choice but to use 3rd party programs to even get the chance that we can watch a game we played, to see why we made those mistakes, or even to reassure ourselves if we thought foul-play was at foot. If I relied on you to teach me to play this game Riot, if I relied on you to tell me what players do to succeed, or how to improve I would never get anywhere, because you never gave me the tools, and instead I had to rely on those who would. Players berate the underexperienced, but you don't give them any ways to level that playing field beyond "keep playing". Hell if you could get better just by playing my friends would be masters, because I've watched them put hour after hour into your game, and they've moved nowhere. Stuck in Bronze V, bottom of the litter, and no matter how much they play they don't get better. Its not just them being bad at the game, its not just that their temper gets in their way, its because they can't understand, like so many out there, the reasons why they lose, the mistakes they make, and why other players don't make them. I've given them lecture after lecture, but nothing speaks like experience, and they don't have the tools to learn outside of the game that frustrates them to their core over their mistakes. that anger that clouds their judgement and makes them forget every lesson I've ever shared. Because when they hop in that game and try to push their mechanics, or even try to be mechanical in any form, their team bites into them, just as hard as their enemies. But hey, they're just "toxic", so its okay if they never learn how to be better. right?

Please riot, from fan to devs, I ask you, do something about the learning experience of league. Teach your players how to fight for themselves before they look to someone else. Teach them why something is important, and show them that even as big as the game has gotten, you still care about those who still have miles to go before they can call themselves "good". I don't need you to release replays, a new tutorial, or a training mode immediately, I know that takes work. But show your players that you care about them, and fix the basic aspects of your game that discourages players from getting better.

Hey there Pierrot Forte i don't see the justice in putting me into your mix of incompetent players so yea you can called us the unlucky ones that always get the last cup of Tim Hortons coffee from its brewer.

-It's so awful just like Bronze 5.

When was the last time you saw the tutorial? Your post mentions the battle training segment but nothing about the actual tutorial that they released like a year ago on Summoner's Rift. p.s. It doesn't get you to buy thornmail.
