I don't know about you but If my brother got my IP banned cause he was trolling a lot, I'd kick his ass and straighten him out.

facepalm turn off your wifi and turn it back on and the ip bann is fixed.

also your brother? are you account sharring? sounds like someone wants a permabann for this.

And you yourself would be banned.

And if one person in a college dormitory got banned, the entire dormitory is now banned.

And if someone had been IP banned and then they tethered, they're now unbanned.

Any understanding of IP addresses and how they're assigned, combined with an understanding of League's target demographics, leads to the conclusion that IP bans would be a terrible idea.
