Why Do People Consider Yasuo A "Flashy Champion"?

I think he is quite the opposite in my PERSONAL OPINION I'm not saying he isn't one, I just don't know why he is seen this way.

His E can only be used on targets and it's rare to ever be able to use it getting over a wall, it has a CD limit on how it can be cast on targets and it causes him to go further into a fight rather than be safe. He is actually a pretty unsafe champion regardless of what his kit offers. Without a minion wave he is a sitting duck.

I don't know, people think otherwise but just a thought I had.
