Katarina is still feed or feast.
Talon is the same, khazixs has less Q damage for Q spam. Rengar actually got buffed. Zed is the same. Leblanc is slightly less annoying. All in all, the assassins seem the same?

If by same you mean a lot more trash and even more counterplayable than they already were with the exception of Kha'Zix and Rengar, sure.
I think Kha'zix is a lot better. Talon better. Katarina harder to play for a shittier laning phase and slightly more damage she still sucks. Rengar is just retarded OP. Zed is worse in lane but slightly better late. A decent nerf imo.
Not sure what you mean by that, Katerina is more skill intensive now. She cannot get fed and just faceroll anymore. Her viability now relies on either:
- You opponent has no idea how to play against her or
- The Katerina player is quite skilled.
Otherwise she will feed.
