@Riot, please add mandatory ping checks before joining PvP queues.

I'm so tired of getting into game and the very first thing a player says being 'omg 300 ping' because they a) don't know how to run a ping test AND/OR b) are too irresponsible to make sure they're not going to ruin a game for 9 other people (I personally don't find it very fun or satisfying to win, particularly normal games, against a team with an afk).
