@Riot, do the holiday chests have a greater chance of dropping gems?

I've spent probably $250 on chests trying to get Gems and rerolling skin shards into perms hoping to get SS Vayne of HT Annie. From all of those, I got 2 gems. I get 22 chests today and end up with 3 gems.

Its been calculated by many that is takes about $500 of chests to get 10 gems. I say about cause ive seen some people do it with $400 - $550. The holiday does not increase chance of gems unfortunately. so if your planning on getting 10 gems just prepare to pay about $500. Good luck!
