Last ~50 games someone was hard lagging

I have a weird feeling that it might be due to the new fucking client. Hell some games my fps just goes to shit, playing on 10 fps is worse than playing on 1500 ping. It all started, you guessed it, when I installed the new client. I am seriously upset, I cant have 1 fucking game where someone doesnt start the game by spamming his 1500 ping or saying he has 0 fps, whether it be on my or enemy team. It may just be a coincidence but if you put 2 and 2 together, I am pretty sure its due to the new, more demanding client.

Anyone else having the same problems ?
