How viable is hybrid tank Ekko now?

I've been playing Ekko since he started getting nerfs (a patch after his tank Ekko nerfs), but still found success last season playing him as that. With Runic now in the mix, I find that it adds a huge power spike to all AP junglers. I've been consistently trying different builds per game, but I prefer the tankier version to the glass cannon version. I've been building him like this..

Most games don't last long enough to get a sixth item, but I would probably put some AP in that slot if need be. If am I snowballing, I usually skip the Iceberg and go for > > instead. But always round my 4th item off with or (viable in this patch). My build usually just depends on what we need in the game at the time, but for the most part, I really miss tank Ekko with .
