Please make Fiddle's Fear a skill shot.

Make it a skill shot. Or a snare. Or anything. Let's compare. Fiddles Fear does 0 damage and lasts for 2.25 seconds and makes the enemy take less damage from you because you make them run away. Personally, I like making it like Liss's spell.

These don't include ults. Just saying, I think many Fiddles players would like to make him have a skill shot if it means doing 300 + 95% AP and rooting for 3 seconds.
