disconnect by connection loss shouldn't be punnished

I was playing as ashe to see if she was op. then my game started lagging to the point were its virtually unplayable. then i lost connection. my ping was 500+ I was off for 5 min. it takes 5 min for me to reconnect. I figured that i everyone would kill me and It would be unplayable and every1 would blame me or even report for intentionally feeding. i fixed the issue by switching networks from xfinity wifi to the other wifi. the next day, i get punished. that's bullshit.
