Joke n. a thing that someone says to cause amusement or laughter, especially a story with a funny punchline.

95% of these "jokes" do not qualify as causing amusement or laughter. Jokes are supposed to be funny. To a lesser extent: "If you have to explain the joke, there is no joke!"

Yeah, saying something like their dad should've aborted them. Or that they are retarded or anything like this, and disgusting and you are pussy if you then hide behind the "it was a joke" card.

The thing is, insults can be jokes. But theres a time and a place for that, and it isn't with random strangers. If you call your friend an idiot because he does something stupid that is very different then calling a stranger an idiot.
