Membership Awards?

So, I was just thinking about honor awards when I realized that people would probably just start trading honor to get the rewards. So, now my new idea is what about membership awards?

Like every year or so that you're a member of LoL you get a special award. Like a bonus of (x) amount of IP or RP. A free skin, hextech crafting stuff. Pretty much anything that could be an award. But, the award should be random.
