LFG websites

Google led me to some sites that seem to be centered around actually building teams for ranked and stuff.

I'm just looking to be in a pre-made in normal matches simply for the sake of being able to get chest.

I have no specific expectations or anything, I just want the possibility to exist. (I tire of teammates getting S's, especially when I had a hand in it, but not getting a chest just because we weren't a pre-made.)

Anybody know a good lfg site for this sort of notion? (As supposed to competitive team building and whatnot?)

And really why should there be a reward for teamwork with premade, but not with a stranger? I really think the premade shouldn't be required for chests.
