Most toxic person I have played with yet

Just finished a game where our ADC (Caitlin) managed to become the most toxic person I have seen in the game, which is REALLY saying something.

She started bitching immediately about her support, Tahm Kench. He was devouring her to save her life and she was bitching about it! It was a rant of epic proportions. She kept going and I told her to chill out. She then started ripping into everyone and started intentionally feeding. She even admitted it to us! So I all chat to the other team to report her for what she is doing. She gets even worse. I calmly tell her to enjoy her ban since everyone will be reporting her, which our entire team agrees to. So she goes on all chat and starts saying that we are griefing her! That her support said something about her causing her parents to divorce, which of course wasn't true. So we hit 20 minutes and she won't surrender just to grief us some more and we had one of those guys who never surrenders as well, despite the fact that we have already lost an inhib and the other team is up about 25 kills. It dragged on another 10 agonizing minutes with no passing surrender votes until our nexus fell after all our inhibs were gone, all dragons gone, and baron gone. Please Riot, perma-ban players like this, they cannot be salvaged.
