6 months and the simplest of things to help solo players haven't been addressed

Almost two weeks since rip solo q and 6 months of dq and the simplest of things to help solo q players such as info on who in your game is premade or primary role priority when matched with premades haven't been done or even hinted at. Nothing except handicaps have been mentioned by riot, and the problems those cause haven't been addressed either. I get you deemed solo q an exceptable loss but that's no excuse to leave the solo players experience this fucked up for so long with no communication on the issue.
