After roughly a week of being completely outmatched in the majority of my normal games..

I finally smashed my headphones in frustration.

I've been blamed for defeats where I've been forced to lane against plats, and my team ends up forced to deal with the guy I fed. That or they just get to free farm because I know I don't have the ability to outplay them. As if it's my fault I keep getting matched against people way out of my league.

Virtually all of my games this past week have been absolute train-wrecks, and I've all but lost my confidence to even play the game anymore. I'm at the point where I just start every game assuming my enemy laner's going to be able to outplay the hell out of me and I'm too nerve-wracked to even try.

Out of 21 games this week, I've won 5. Five, and I still had to get hard-carried in those games.

Getting thrown in the deep end is honestly a good way to learn. You're just playing normals. Win or lose it doesn't even matter. Try to turn off the frustration, and open your mind to improvement.

If you use the beta client, go back and watch the replays of your games. It's a lot easier to point out your mistakes in an environment of observation. You'll be able to notice things that slip past you while you're focusing on playing.
