To be honest this should be implemented. Too many times people ban a champion an ally has shown as what they want to pick just to be an ass. It's actually really dumb.

No. Especially with FoTM champs that anyone that isn't first or second pick doesn't want/can't secure.

Okay but what if it isn't FoTM. I was in a ranked game and I had this Lee Sin ban Nasus and he's like "haha ur gay no nasus for u." He had absolutely no reason to ban Nasus.
