Is irelia really considered balanced?
Thats all I want to ask, she seems to have an insanely strong early, mid and late game.

She's pretty weak and vulnerable early game. Her mid-game is average-strong while her late game is definitely strong.
she's pretty balanced tbh, she's just in the spotlight atm because of rageblade.
well considering that she was able to burst me down when she was 0-3 and i was 3-0 then yes she is balanced :3
She is balanced i don't know why people keep saying that..Every Champion is Op if they are fed!
