So How Do I Get The 2016 Ward Skin?

When ranked teams went away Riot said that games you played in dynamic queue would count towards getting your 2016 ward skin. Its now April and Riot still hasn't implemented any system to get the ward skin. So did Riot just decide to get rid of that feature entirely?
