For example in the game above I got hardcore carried by an Aatrox jungle and an urgot top, both considered unmeta champions. What I do hate though is when someone goes Varus top in ranked for the first time in ranked. Not only are you going a unmeta champion in an unmeta role you have no experience, and you are fucking over your team when you do absolutely nothing except die over and over again to their top lane nasus. Essentially leaving the team tankless and without a toplaner because you got fucking dumpstered.

I think if you play something for the first time in ranked thats also very unmeta, I think you should be able to get reported.
