There should be a lifetime dislikes counter.
The information could be personal and only seen by you, but I kind of want to see it. I make enough stupid comments where it must be a pretty large number.

There are times downvotes are given because someone posted something wrong, unhelpful or straight up offensive or idiotic.
But mostly there are times where downvotes are given for the most disparate reasons, like not agreeing with the poster' s ideas. This one is terribly important because boards make up a big echo chamber, so there is a very aggressive mob mentality that can make feel some posters unwanted and unwelcome.
This not only makes posters want to post less, but also muddies up the value of the downvote itself.
The same thing at the opposite happens for upvotes, that can be "farmed up" with memes or by posting "mainstream" ideas. In fact that one is almost useless too.
