I'm Still Mad Graves Has No Cigar

I do think that Graves having a cigar is absolutely no big deal at all. I hate when politics gets involved in the stupidest things.

You can literally cut people in half with a giant axe but Graves can't have a cigar.

It's still international law. Riot won't change it, because it will make their game illegal in some countries.

And riot STILL doesn't care. They don't want to upset anyone who has the money for lawyars. so they took it out.
